LOBO Bistro is a new bistro opened on Saturday at 16 Noakowskiego St. In the same premises, where some time ago the first Soul Kitchen was located. LOBO Bistro focuses on Polish cuisine in a modern version. According to the name, the menu includes a lot of dishes with apples, you can also drink ciders here. Kulinarisk Solutions is responsible for the concept and staff recruitment. The Chef here is Patryk Banaszczuk, and the manager is Rafał Budnik. The menu includes, among others pork knuckle terrine with horseradish mousse and apple, dumplings stuffed with blood sausage with sourdough sauce and apple, apple cream soup, roast duck with wholemeal blinis, roasted beets and cider, as well as LOBO apple pie. In addition to the main menu, LOBO Bistro invites you daily for lunch sets (appetizer + main course 24 PLN) from 12pm to 4pm.
