Charlotte Bouillon is a new, third place under the Charlotte brand in Warsaw. It was opened on Saturday in the former Party House, from the Trzech Krzyży Square (ul. Nowy Świat 6/12). The second part of this place’s name – bouillon – comes from French bars from the turn of the 19th and 20th centuries, which served French cuisine, in particular broth. Charlotte Bouillon menu includes broth in a vegetable and meat version, with homemade noodles (PLN 14). In addition to broths, you will eat here French classics such as boudin blanc (white sausage) (PLN 18), boeuf bourguignon (PLN 23), snails baked in butter with garlic and herbs (PLN 23), baked leeks with bread crumbs (PLN 11). Accept French classics there will also be the standard Charlotte offer available – bread, sandwiches, salads and homemade granola. In Warsaw, the first Charlotte operates at Plac Zbawiciela, the second – Charlotte Menora – at Grzybowski Square.
