Alcha – Personal Development Center invites you for a joined cooking of traditional Jewish dishes. Cooking will be accompanied by the stories of a Jewish home, traditions, Kabbalah and by feasting together and kosher wine drinking. The meeting is meant to explain the guests less popular in Poland Sephardic Jewish cuisine. The workshops will be led by Malka Kafka, owner of Tel-Aviv Cafe and Yaffo Restaurant, co-author of the book “Jewish Specialties”. The menu will include among others: Tabouleh, Baba ganoush, tagine with sardines and coffee with cardamom.
