Campaign promoting goose meat as seasonal speciality in Poland has just started its new edition. One of its goals is to promote goose meat from Kujawsko-Pomorskie region, but first of all to restore the tradition of the family dinner with a goose in the lead role on the table on the Polish National Day (11 November).
