New restaurant SaigonKa opened in March in Mokotowska street in the former Shabu Shabu venue. SaigonKa specializes in South Vietnamese cuisine, the chef here is Linh Nguyen, the owner of Vietnamka, Koreanka, To To Pho, and closed restaurant Shabu Shabu or Asian food store – Azjatka. The menu includes dishes from Saigon, such as Vietnamese blood sausage, duck stewed in lemongrass and galangal, okra fried with garlic, a soup based on freshwater crabs with prawns and tofu or marinated beef with lemongrass and chilli.
