Sypka Mąka i Masło opened last Saturday in Żoliborz in Rydygiera street. This is a new restaurant owned by Jurek Sobieniak – the chef and restaurateur, the owner of the Sypka Mąka restaurant in Ursynów and Niezłe Bydło chain. The new place in Rydygiera serves Italian cuisine Polish way. The menu includes dishes with flour and butter, such as soups, pastas, sandwiches (with a beef burger and beef brisket), or pizzas. We will also eat here meat and fish main dishes such as tagliata, sirloin of cod baked in crudo ham, chopped beef cutlet with chilli sauce or an egg fried on a salmon schnitzel.
