Maitre d’hotel Tenderloin at Warszawa Wschodnia

Joanna Mróz 19 May 2013

Today, in the ‘must eat’ category we recommend you Maitre d’hotel Tenderloin at the Restaurant Warszawa Wschodnia by Mateusz Gessler. Thanks to the open kitchen, preparations of this meal can be observed starting from the moment of order. A piece of beef is first fried by the cook to ‘close’ it from the outside and keep the juiciness, and then placed into the oven so it could reach the temperature and be cooked to the appropriate level. It is served with burnt butter and parsley and sprinkled with salt. It is accompanied by finely cut fries and mixed salad leaves. One of the best cuts of beef in the city.
