As part of our series Must Eat, today we recommend you eat a special dessert, featured in the October menu at L’enfant terrible. Plum in chocolate with pink ribbon. In this dessert you will taste plum crumble, chocolate-plum ice cream, Japanese Ume plum gel, plum in chocolate and whipped cream. The composition is decorated with a pink ribbon – the symbol of the fight against breast cancer. Restaurant L’enfant terrible has joined the campaign to fight breast cancer by Estee Lauder Companies. Part of the sales incomes from this dessert will be transferred to support research into a cure for breast cancer, conducted by the Hereditary Cancer Center at the Pomeranian Medical University in Szczecin.
