In May last year, Robert Trzópek, one of the best chefs in Poland, started to work at Holiday Inn in Józefów. After less than a year, at the end of February, he announced on his personal FB profile that his cooperation with the hotel was finished. Robert Trzópek worked zmong others at Noma, Le Manoir aux in Quat’Saisons, he completed internship at ElBulli, in Warsaw he was Chef at Tamka43 and The Harvest. He plans to prepare a testing menu dinner with Maciej Rosiński at Affogato in Lodz, but long-term plans – as far as we know – are not yet defined. We will keep you informed.
