Bartosz Szymczak becomes a new Chef at Rozbrat 20

Rozbrat 20 is known among others for organising the first in Poland culinary pop-up – Pop-up Ferment. After several guest dinners, Rozbrat 20 changes the formula now and starts to work with Bartosz Szymczak, known from TopChef TV show. At this moment the new menu by Bartosz Szymczak is at its final stage of preprations. New menu is going to be launched at Rozbrat 20 starting tomorrow.
