Next edition of Wege Bazar is named Jemy Trawę (Eating Grass) and it will take take place on Sunday, April 22nd between 12 pm and 7 pm at the Medyka student club in Oczki Street. Organizers have announced that there will be early vegetables as arugula or asparagus and fresh pickled cucumbers. On the stands of producers and restaurants, you will be able to taste the dishes from Middle Eastern, Vietnamese, Indian cuisines, vegan cold meats, sweets (including gluten free and lactose-free ), Georgian pastries, vegetable burgers, Turkish halva, vegan pâté, cutlets, mayonnaises, ice-cream, dumplings… As always, it will be also opportunity to buy books about the vegan diet and containing recipes of vegetable cuisine.
