White One – a restaurant hidden in the courtyard at Koszykowa 47 with the signature cuisine of chef Paweł Chomentowski – has recently introduced a vegan tasting menu. Five-course menu (PLN 75) will include among others vegan “blood sausage” with kohlrabi and pear glazed with elderflower syrup; żurek with smoked potato, dried bolete and crust of wholemeal bread; or a fillet of cooked celery in amaranth tempura with black summer truffle and dried apple mousse. The menu can be accompanied by vegan wines selected by the sommelier.
Except of the vegan tasting menu, White One offers also a “white page” menu, to which the name of the restaurant refers. The white page is a surprise tasting. When ordering this offer, the guest only knows the number of dishes – seven – the rest is an element of surprise. In the restaurant, we will also have a la carte menu influding various fish dishes – chef specialization.
