Ed Red restaurants operating in Warsaw since 2016 and in Krakow since 2014 are popular restaurants with Polish cuisine and steakhouses serving dry seasoned beef. In 2017, both restaurants were visited up to 100,000 times, and net sales revenues amounted to PLN 10 million. Ed Red regularly receives awards from the most important organizations in the world of gastronomy such as: Michelin, Gault & Millau and Slow Food. The owners of Ed Red focus on continuous development – they are experimenting, looking for new flavors and suppliers. Krakow’s Ed Red will soon open in a new, twice bigger premises in the historic interiors of the former Jewish theater in the heart of the Kazimierz district. Since October, the Targowy bar has also been operating in Hala Mirowska with its own sausage and delicatessen products. In the next 3 years, the owners want to open next 4 Ed Red restaurants and 20 bars Targowy, and at the turn of 2021 and 2022, they plan a stock exchange debut.
