KOMU KOMU is a new place in Warsaw’s Praga Południe district, in Soho Factory on the site where the Szklarnia was loacated. The restaurant – as the creators declare – is at the crossroads of tradition and modernity. The concept was co-created by Tadeusz Muller, previously known among others from Orzo or Aioli. Menu of KOMU KOMU is based on a mix of dishes from Middle Eastern cuisine and Tex-Mex. The menu features, among others, crunchy fried sand smelts, lamb meatballs in a smoked chipotle sauce, cauliflower baked in a salt, chickpea and green lentils soup, Caesar salad, flatbreads baked on a hot stone with various toppings, burgers, and a selection of meat dishes from charcoal grill – among others Tacos al Pastor, ribs, or custom shawarma. The place has a corner for children, and for the summer – a large terrace.
