Instead of wasting time on festive preparations you can spend it on conversations with family and friends during an Easter meeting at a restaurant. The Challenge ’32 Restaurant at the Renaissance Hotel located at Chopin Airport on April 20-22 (Saturday-Monday) organizes an Easter brunch. You will be able to taste the Easter specialties prepared by the chef, Andrzej Bryk. On the table there will be traditional Easter entrees such as stuffed eggs, home-made pate with cumberland sauce, Baltic trout on rocket salad, vegetable salad or baked piglet with purée and stewed cabbage. During the brunch we will also eat traditional Polish soup żurek, festive main dishes such as baked duck in apples and marjoram or Baltic salmon stewed in vegetables and desserts (mazurek, apple pie or chocolate-nut mousse). The cost of the brunch per person is PLN 169 (the price also includes home wine and soft drinks), for children from 7 to 12 years there is 50% discount and the youngest up to 6 years eat for free. The restaurant provides free parking for guests.
