Yellow Foodie Week a project initiated by Veuve Clicquot champagne brand in cooperation with Justyna Adamczyk, editor-in-chief of Gault & Millau Polska and ambassador of Veuve Clicquot in Poland will be held on May 20-26, The aim of the project is to present the idea of pairing food with champagne. 18 chefs from restaurants in Warsaw, Krakow, Tricity, Poznan and Wroclaw will take part in the project. Everyone prepared a 3-course menu inspired by the champagne of the Veuve Clicquot house: Yellow Label Brut, Rosé, Demi-Sec and Vintage 2008. In Warsaw, a special menu composed with champagne can be tasted in N31, Bez Tytułu, Ceviche Bar, Port Royal and Wabu.
