An international gastronomic conference, International Interchange, organized by Made for Restaurant, will take place on November 18 at Centrum Praskie Koneser. The theme of the conference will be innovations in gastronomy presented from various international and Polish perspectives. The conference will be divided into two zones: inspiration and business. As part of the inspiration zone, we will listen to international experts such as Charles Spence (author of the book “Gastrophysics. New knowledge about food.”), Dmitri Borisov (restaurateur from Ukraine), Dalad Kambhu (chef and owner of a Michelin star restaurant in Berlin), Diego Prado (Spanish chef and fermentation expert) or Ciprian Nicolescu (chef from Romania). The following subject will be discussed among other at the business zone: water pairing, wine innovations and neuromarketing.
