Genesis – a restaurant of Michelin star awarded Senses owners – opened in August last year at Plac Europejski, has just changed the chef and menu. Paweł Kibart became the new chef. He is previously known among others from the TopChef television program and its own Zest by Kibart restaurant. The leitmotif of the new menu is a modern cuisine based on high-quality seasonal products. The entire menu consists of 29 brand new and fresh items. In many cases dishes will be prepared using the first in Poland, charcoal over, produced by Mibrasa. The menu includes, among others Polish steaks from a charcoal oven, plaice from charcoal oven, or vongole from this oven. The entire menu can be seen here.
