Roast rump of lamb at Winosfera

Roast rump of lamb, topinambour, green beans with shallots, madeira sauce is one of the main courses served at Winosfera on Chlodna Street. It’s only served as rare till medium, the waiter will warn you that the lamp cannot be well-done, as it I will lose its charm. The lamb is surrounded by a crispy herb powder. Perfectly composed with the delicate topinambour and great complement of sweet madeira sauce.
