LATEST OPENINGS: Last week we wrote about two very different new places. The first one, Black Sheep, is both a small pub and a snowboard shop. The second is new, but already very popular, canteen made in the old way – Kucharek Szesc in Ursynów.
OPENING SOON: We also announced a place that hasn’t been opened yet, but already has a group of fans on our fanpage. It is mainly caused by spelling errors in the menu. So if you want to taste the “żodkiewka”, wait for the opening of Aioli Cantine Bar Deli. Coming soon, in October.
EVENTS: A week was full of events. We invited you for the International Day of Bread in Petit Appetit. On Sunday, your children were invited to join culinary workshops “Green Sea Treasures” at Inaba.
EVERGREEN: The group of evergreens grew with two places – the famous lunch place Restro, which has recently also open on weekends and kosher Tel-aviv. The latter led to lively discussions on Warsaw Foodie fanpage.
5 BEST FOR: Last week we chose for you 5 best for the Spanish cuisine. The honorable restaurants are: La Iberica, Espana, Casa Pablo, Ole Tapas and Steak Restaurant Sol y Sombra.
ON BLOGS: Restaurantica.pl visited Warburger last week, where she ate a very slow burger, even though she only waited for 10 minutes. She also went to the famous Brasserie Warszawska. She had Foie Gras Parfait and a tiny and very thin rib eye steak.
Ósme Smaki went to the same Brasserie and also weren’t very much impressed.
Last week Where’s The Food did not describe any restaurant, he only recommended events for the weekend. Maybe that’s because of he has already written about Brasserie Warszawska before.
Fro surprisingly didn’t describe Brasserie Warsaw at all, neither last nor in previous weeks. She had sun at the Przystanek MDM and admired the cuisine of Agata Wojda at Opasły Tom PIW. Fro decided to save money on dinner at Atelier Amaro, so she went to the Kucharek Sześć – a canteen with decent prices. She was so focused on savings that instead of going to other restaurants, she went to the forest to pick mushrooms.
Nakarmiona Starecka got a new job and it involved her so much, that she only wrote about Thai Culinary Festival at Sheraton’s Oriental Restaurant. Warsaw Foodie would like to use this opportunity and give her warm birthday wishes. On this occasion, not because of favoring her, Warsaw Foodie stands her out with green color.
