Foie Gras mousse with roasted almonds, cumin brioche with balsamic syrup and vanilla could be a good choice for you. You can taste it in Fusion Restaurant at the Westin Hotel. Roasted almond flakes form a light, airy shell  around a light mousse. Light beige color  of foie gras  combined with crimson Amarena cherries and  dark brown gianduja  powder (chocolate-hazelnut mousse, ancestor of Nutella) creates an eye catching composition on a white plate. The combination of soft, creamy mousse of foie gras plays with with sweet flavor of extras creating an unforgettable taste experience.
