Chocolate mousse with yuzu, nutty chocolate icing, white chocolate sauce is a unique dessert served at Nolita by Jacek Grochowina. Not only does the dish presentation amaze and strongly differentiate from the standard. On a plate beside the mousse, yuzu sauce, two kinds of powders and cookies, you’ll find a white tube with a sauce of white chocolate. The taste of the mousse is very chocolate, but the biggest surprise is in one of the powders spilled on a plate. It is called Peta Zeta – the particles, which during its contact with saliva, produce sounds, felt as a micro-explosions in your mouth. It’s worth to try a dessert with such fireworks.
