Late autumn and winter is the best time for hunting, it is also the time when venison appears in the restaurant’s menu. Restaurant Piękna 56 has just introduced seasonal menu including venison dishes. Venison is meat free of antibiotics, contains less fat than chicken and has a distinctive, delicious taste. Chef Sebastian Szklarski created a special set of dishes with venison inspired by the recipes learned by famous chefs of French and Italian cuisine a couple of years ago. The seasonal menu includes: roast guinea fowl breast served with black lentils and spicy chorizo sausage, venison ravioli with rosemary butter, and saddle of venison with fig sauce and blueberry tagliolini.
