A new place with modern Polish cuisine was created at Plac Konesera, not far from ZONI Restaurant and WuWu Bar. Its name is Ferment Praski and – according to its creators – “it acts in the spirit of neo bistro, it’s cuisine is based on Polish seasonal products and combines them with flavors and cooking techniques from different parts of the world creating the ‘twist’ formula”. The chef here is Piotr Ziemowski. Menu includes among others roasted trout, pork chop, pumpkin cream soup, cepelin from Praga, beef cheeks, pickled herring, and for dessert a chef’s flowerpot.
