Le Braci, a new restaurant by Daniel Pawełek and Ferment Group – owners of several, popular Warsaw restaurants: Butchery & Wine, Koneser Grill, Rozbrat 20, Kieliszki na Próżnej, opened in May at Górnośląska Street, in the former venue of Brasserie Warszawska restaurant. Le Braci is a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine. The chef of the place is Przemysław Samul. We will eat here plates, i.e. small portions for a few bites, e.g. caponata with bufala or chicory salad. As an appetizer, the restaurant offers white asparagus cream with mussels, vitello tonnato, carpaccio with broad beans and pesto, or tuna tartare with eggplant. The main courses list includes grilled young chicken with sage, entrecote, halibut with capers, olives and tomatoes. We can also order here pastas, such as corzetti with octopus and basil, or tortelli with veal shank and mushrooms. Le Braci is also a friendly place for families with children and organised a special playing corner for kids.
