This year „Goût de France / Good France” will be organised for the fourth time by French Ministry of Foreign Affairs having for a goal to promote French cuisine. On 21st of March 3300 restaurants worldwide will serve special tasting menu inspired by French cuisine. In Poland 130 restaurants reported their participation in this action, which means that our country will be the second after France in terms of number of restaurants actively involved in these festivities. Each chef will propose signed menu, but according to the „Goût de France / Good France” rules it shall be a proof of cuisine with less fat, sugar and salt and with respect to healthy nutrition and the environment.

Belo we publish a list of 19 Warsaw restaurants participating in this event. If you would like to check the full list of the restaurants in Poland that will serve tasting menu on that day – click on the link to the website dedicated to the event by the Embassy of France. The details of the menu may be checked on the Good France website, but please note that while searching for restaurants you shall use Warsaw and Warszawa as well as the name of the city (different search results for Polish and English name of the capital city).
